One of the glories of central North Carolina is that our farmers’ markets remain full and vibrant for most of the year. Some of our favorite ingredients – leafy greens, chunky pumpkins, and fresh apples – are at their peak during the fall harvest season.
In this class Sheri will show you to showcase these ingredients in recipes that add up to an elegant, low-stress dinner party that lets the cook join the party.
• Cured Pork Crostini with Sweet Potato Brandade

• Apple Cider Pound Cake with Cider Caramel Sauce
This class is $95 per person and includes tax and gratuity, and samples of course!
The class will be held in The Cottage, our brand new creative studio space and teaching kitchen.
